Cancellation Policy
As John Lennon wisely said, “Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans.” We understand that sometimes plans change, and if you need to cancel, please email us at bigfishpt.education@gmail.com as soon as possible. We strive to be as accommodating as possible, and the following outlines our cancellation policy:
More Than 30 Days Before the Course

Transfer to Another Course: You can transfer your fee to another course at no additional cost.

Cancel: You will receive a full refund minus $25.00 for bank charges and administration costs.
15 to 30 Days Before the Course

Transfer to Another Course: If you have someone to replace you, your fee will be transferred with no additional cost.

Cancel: If you cancel and do not have a replacement, you will be reimbursed 30% of the course fee.
14 Days or Less Before the Course

Transfer to Another Course: If you have someone to replace you, your fee will be transferred with no additional cost.

Cancel: If you cancel without a replacement, there will be no reimbursement of the course fee.
Course Cancellations by Big Fish Education
Big Fish Education is committed to holding courses as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to cancel due to insufficient enrollment or unavoidable circumstances. Should this occur, we will contact you as soon as possible. In such cases:

Refund or Transfer: We will refund your course fee in full or allow you to transfer to another course at no extra charge.

Travel Expenses: Please note that we are unable to refund air/ground travel, hotel reservations, or any other travel expenses incurred by participants. Please consider this carefully before making travel arrangements.
